I run a housekeeping department myself back in England and from my point I can say the accommodation and all facilities on site are very, very clean. Reception, restaurant and bar staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very good location if you want to catch the bus to travel around the hotel zone and Cancun. Access to the beach is easy. The site itself is dated, but it's cosy and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay there again next year.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for toiletries, storage and a full-sized fridge for any groceries. The beds were very comfortable! Staff was professional, kind, and very accommodating for any requests we had. The beach was beautiful, with a quieter, private feel and we always had a chair. The bus was also easily accessible. It was a wonderful stay and I would come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in an expansive one bedroom + living room + kitchen + 2 bathrooms suite. East access to the airport as it is in the southernmost part of the hotel zona. Lovely beachfront with umbrellas and chairs and service.parking included in our stay.

The pools and beach area was beautiful. The 1 bedroom suite was amazing and kitchen was well appointed. The Staff was very attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend the Club Regina Cancun.

The Club Regina is directly on the ocean. The beach is beautiful. The resort is small and personal, a very different vibe from the big, mega resorts! The staff is wonderful and responsive.

The beach was very nice with beautiful ocean waves and color. Good breakfast with an older gentleman, that was our waiter, was very attentive. Rooms were good with a nice kitchen. WIFI is important to me and it was good. It was at the end of the hotel zone closest to the airport.
